A true native, born in Los Angeles. Robert has always lived near the ocean. Growing up in Sunset Beach CA, he found his passion at an early age; the California lifestyle – fresh air, warm weather, surfing, skate boarding, and fine automobiles. At eleven years old Robert began cleaning cars, and disassembling the parts in order to repaint them. At this time he would see his friend’s father buy fine cars to restore for resale; cars like Ferrari’s, 300 SL, and Rolls Royce, peaking even more interest in fine automobiles. Around the same time Robert took up a job parking cars for beach goers and one-up the competition by offering a wash or wax while they go to the beach. At fourteen years old Robert began detailing cars from his home, at age sixteen Robert moved, soon getting a job at a local car dealer and professional detailers in South Orange County. |
