Designed especially for intense sun environments.
Thanks to its unique construction process Sunbrella
provides protection, and years of service, in intense sun areas, like Arizona and other areas of the Sun Belt, where UV rays will rapidly degrade the paint and interior.
Because of the use of acrylic fibers, which are naturally UV resistant, Sunbrella
has long been the recognized leader in long-wearing marine fabrics for bimini tops, sail covers and deck enclosures.
Besides marine uses, Sunbrella
is also used for commercial awnings due to it's ability in providing UV blockage with a rich, woven finish. The acrylic fibers are solution dyed, before the fabric is woven, to assure the color goes all the way through the fabric. Using a special finish process, the material is then softened for use as a car cover fabric.
cover is designed for everyday outdoor storage. The lightweight fabric can be removed and replaced daily with no extra effort. You may also use it for long-term storage. The fabric is treated for moisture resistance, but it is not as water resistant as the Noah cover. The Sunbrella
cover is excellent protection for sunny areas with little or moderate rainfall.
Covercraft began as a two-person operation in California in 1965, making custom car covers. Today, Covercraft employs over 400 people and their catalogue of custom patterns has grown to over 55,000. Using technologically advanced fabrics from Sunbrella and Kimberly Clark, plus many traditional fabrics, Covercraft continues to produce the highest quality car covers on the market. You can expect Covercraftsmanship in every Covercraft car cover! If it has wheels, Covercraft can cover it!
Long Lasting Strength - Acrylic fibers suffer minimal loss of strength from exposure to heat, moisture and UV.
Fade Resistant - Colors are a result of pigments which are actually built into the fibers (solution dyed), instead of just dying the finished fabric.
Water Resistant - Treated for moisture resistance (but remember, this material is primarily for UV protection).
Rot, Mildew Resistant - Acrylic fibers resist growth that occurs in moist environments
Double stitched overlapped seams
Neoprene elastic hems – the elastic in the front and rear hems helps hold the cover in place
Reinforced, non-scratch grommets – use a tie-down rope (supplied) or a vinyl coated cable and lock (optional)
5 Year Limited Warranty
Antenna openings – All Covercraft covers are made to fit vehicles with retractable antennas. If your vehicle does not have a retractable or removable antenna, you will need to cut a small opening in the fabric. Mirror pockets – Patterns for vehicles manufactured before 1965 may not include mirror pockets. In some cases, the cover will fit over the mirrors without pockets. If you need mirror pockets, they can be included but they will not be sewn into the cover. Call us for details. This applies to some pre-1965 models only.

Cleaning Instructions - For general cleaning, spray off the cover with a water hose and let it air dry. Spot clean using an all-purpose cleaner/degreaser. Rinse thoroughly.
You can wash the entire cover in your washing machine with a mild soap, like Woolite. Wash with cold water and allow the cover to air dry. Never put the fabric in the dryer.
After washing or after 5 years, you will have to reapply UV protection. Sunbrella recommends using 303 High Tech Fabric Guard.
